HRSG Heat Recovery Boilers

Cost-effective waste heat source

This type of boiler takes advantage of waste heat from other processes to generate hot water or steam, which can come from different sources such as:

  • Waste heat from furnaces or incinerators
  • Exhaust gases from engines
  • Cogeneration turbines

The heat recovery boilers are designed and manufactured according to the specific needs of each process. For proper sizing, we must know the available energy to be recovered, that is, the gas flow and temperature.

General Features
  • Type: Horizontal firetube, one pass

  • Design pressure: 150 PSIG

  • Capacities: 50 – 400 BHP

  • Application: Steam or hot water generation

  • Standard: ASME Code

  • Includes:
    • Bypass for exhaust gases
    • Mechanical soot blowers

Take advantage of waste heat that would otherwise be lost, increasing the energy efficiency of a process or installation.
