General Features
- Designed and built by mechanical engineers for optimal performance in the most demanding work environments.
- Follow ASME Section I Part PG PW PFT guidelines with qualified labor and certified materials.
- X-ray inspection of welds and pressure tests conducted at the factory.
- Boilers are protected with refractory material to withstand 1,700°C and are also thermally insulated with two-inch thick glass wool or mineral wool and stainless steel jacket.
- Controls and instrumentation installed, wired, connected, and tested at the factory.
- Quick installation, easy maintenance, automatic and reliable operation.
- Each boiler is custom-manufactured, configured, and equipped for each application.

TH3DB Series
Horizontal Dry-Back Boilers (30 – 200 BHP)
This design allows full access to the tubes, combustion chamber, and tubesheets, facilitating easy maintenance and tube replacement when needed. It features two front doors and a rear hinged door. These boilers are mounted on a skid, ready for use.
